Do I need a GP referral?
Our specialists do not require a referral for consultation.
If you are concerned about out-of-pocket expenses, you can discuss your needs with your General Practitioner (GP), Pediatrician, or Psychiatrist. Should your medical provider consider you eligible for a Medicare referral, you may have access to Medicare rebates that are subsidised by the Australian Government. Private Health rebates (HICAPS) can also be claimed on-site at our clinic. Please check with your Private Health Fund for your eligibility and cover.

How soon can I have an appointment?
Our clinicians are here to help you and will try to accommodate your needs as best they can. Typically, you can get an appointment with the clinician of your choice within 2 weeks. Longer waiting times may apply and we encourage you to discuss this with our friendly reception staff.
In urgent cases, your GP or medical professional can contact our office and we will ensure you can be seen on the same day, or within 24 to 48 hours. In the event of an emergency always call Triple Zero (000).
Do you offer phone or Telehealth consultations?
